Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Agreement” or “ToS”) govern the access to and use of Tala Group OÜ’s (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) graphical PIN security solution (“Service”) by any entity or person (“Client” or “you”) integrating our Service into their websites, mobile applications, or other digital services (“Client Properties”). By signing up for, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Scope

This Agreement applies to your use of the Service and any accompanying documentation, APIs, software, or technology provided by Provider.

1.2 Authority

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of your company or organization, and to bind that company or organization to these Terms.

1.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting an updated Agreement on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Service Offering

The Service provides a graphical PIN solution designed to protect login, password recovery, and other sensitive endpoints from unauthorized or automated access. The Service may include:

  • APIs or plugins to embed the graphical PIN functionality into Client Properties;
  • Dashboard or portal for managing and configuring settings;
  • Analytics or logs to monitor usage performance and potential security threats.

2.2 License Grant

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate and use the Service solely for your internal business operations in connection with Client Properties.

2.3 No Ownership Transfer

Except for the limited rights granted herein, all rights, titles, and interests (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Service remain with Provider.
